Siddhartha Academy of General & Technical Education which has been running more than 10 educational institutions started Siddhartha Foundation 1997 with a corpus fund of Rs. 2.50 Crores to serve as its philanthropic wing. The interest accuring on the corpus fund has been utilized to give financial assistance by way of scholarships to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker sections of the Society studying in Schools and Colleges including those in professional courses and to service organisations like Rotary Club, Lions club etc. to the extent of 50% of the cost of the Service Projects undertaken by them. Interest free loans are also given in a few cases to meritorius going abroad for higher studies on condition of re-payment on their securing employment.

These scholarships are given to meritorious students for pursuing higher studies irrespective of caste, creed, religion inviting applications every year through an advertisement in news papers immediately on commencement of the academic year.
